Parallel Architecture creates contemporary buildings shaped by context, materials and the specific needs of each project. Based in Bristol and Brighton, we design homes, extensions, small residential developments and selected commercial and leisure buildings across the South East, South West and London.

Our work includes new-build houses, complex basement projects and carefully considered additions to historic or sensitive sites. We provide feasibility studies, planning consultancy, architectural and technical design, and contract administration, tailoring our involvement to suit the requirements of each client.

Every project is director-led, combining experience in planning, concept design, technical detailing, 3D modelling and construction management. Our approach is grounded in natural materials, clear layouts and minimal contemporary detailing, aiming for practical, well-resolved buildings that sit comfortably within their setting.
