A brewery and taproom for Topsham Brewery on Exeter Quay, made as part of the wider conversion of the Grade II listed Maclaine's Warehouses. The taproom keeps the warehouse as found: stone walls, the timber roof structure and a plain timber floor, with the bar set into the open hall and the doors opening onto the quayside.
Completed in 2019 alongside the warehouses' co-working floors, with Parallel providing architectural design and project management across the conversion.
