• Lawful development certificateDrawings and the application for a lawful development certificate, the council's written confirmation that proposed works fall within permitted development.
• Cost checkAn early cost plan for your project: building cost by element, contingency, fees and VAT shown separately, as a range rather than a single figure.
• Tender and contract administrationTendering your project to suitable contractors, recommending and preparing the building contract, and administering it through to completion.
