From the practice

Site appraisal

The planning potential review, plus a visit and a first look at what the building or site could become.

What you get

  • Everything in the planning potential review.
  • A site visit, with photographs and the observations that shape the design.
  • Option sketches showing what could fit, and the planning route each would need.
  • An early cost range for the options, with fees, contingency and VAT shown separately.
  • A timeline from appointment to completion, with the statutory periods marked.

What we need from you

The address, access for the visit, what you want to achieve, your budget range and timescale, and any drawings, surveys or documents you hold.

How it works

The fee depends on the site and the number of options, and is confirmed in writing before we start. If you go on to appoint the practice for the design, the appraisal is the starting point rather than something to repeat.
